Global coverage

Mideye authentication is based on real­-time delivery of one-­time passwords (OTPs) to the user's mobile phone. Mideye maintains direct connections with multiple mobile networks to ensure timely and reliable OTP delivery, regardless of where the user is located.

For users without a phone, or who are located outside network coverage, the Mideye authentication service also supports authentication with token cards.
