Mobile phone users

If passwords delivery fails, make sure your mobile phone is switched on and has radio coverage. If this does not help, try re-starting your phone (switch on/off).

Token card users

To obtain a one-time password (OTP), press and hold the button of your token card until the OTP (eight digits) appears on the display.
