There are two login scenarios:
1. Mobile phone within network coverage. An OTP is sent to the phone, and presented in the Mideye+ app. Click here to see login with network coverage explained in a new window.
2. Mobile phone not reachable. Instead of an OTP to the phone, an access challenge is presented on the login screen. To obtain an OTP, the user opens the app manually and signs the challenge with the app. Click here to see login outside of network coverage explained in a new window.
Once activated, logins will proceed according to the Mideye+ schema for the given mobile phone and mobile number. If you change mobile phone or SIM card, OTPs will become unreadable. You either need to re-activate for the new phone / SIM card, or de-activate Mideye+.
