Mideye Operations Guide — Production Management
This section covers the operational tasks for managing Mideye Server in production environments. All procedures apply to Mideye Server 6.x on both Linux and Windows unless noted otherwise.
Essential tasks
Section titled “Essential tasks” Backup & Restore Protect your configuration, certificates, and database. Restore procedures for disaster recovery.
Upgrades Upgrade Mideye Server to newer versions. Includes rollback and uninstall procedures.
Certificate Management Replace self-signed certificates, import LDAPS/CA certs, generate CSRs, and monitor expiry.
Server Monitoring Health Check API endpoint for monitoring Mideye Server and switch connectivity.
